Can I return my item for refund or exchange?
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund. Your item must be unworn, original packaging, plastic and tags. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers/ tags and logos have been removed or tampered with.
How long I have to make a return?
Returned items must be received within 14-days of receipt for AUS orders and within 30 days of receipt for international orders.
How do I make a return?
- Please fill-out and prepare the returns form ( this form is found on the reverse side of your invoice that will be included in your parcel) along with your returned item.
- If this is not present, a written note with all your details will do fine.
- We always recommend returning your items via a trackable service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

How long will my return take?
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of delivery, at which time we will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note we do not contact you when an item arrives back to us, but only once your refund / exchange has been issued 10-14 working days later.
Items bought with a discount code will be issued a store credit for exchange, we do not allow a further discount code to repurchase.
Full priced items are only eligible for refunds.
We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
All refunds are given of the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order. Customer is responsible to send back the item to the address provided with the invoice enclosed.
Will I get my shipping fees back?
We do not refund shipping fees unless the reason for the return / refund was at error of our company. In the one off event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience. In such a situation, we will ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction to rectify this issue.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
In the odd event that you have received a damaged item from us. Please send us an image so we can look into this & organise for another one to be sent to you. This is not a common issue, and would be fixed immediately if it was to ever happen.
Do I have to pay for return postage fees?
Yes, we're unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty or there was an error on our part.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be returned to Oh Polly. We will send you a confirmation email receipt once your return has been refunded. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the items returned.
