All orders will include a tracking number and link Once you have completed your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. This will include your order details & also your order number. Our Team will then be working extremely fast to get this order picked and packed from our warehouse and sent out to you. Once this has been dispatched, you'll and email notifying you of this with a tracking link included. Your tracking continue to update as your parcel makes it way to you to be delivered.
We know our customers want their items ASAP so as soon as your item is placed, our team ensures it is dispatched as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this often does mean that we're not always able to change the order once the order has been confirmed ( so please double check the details before you confirm) if you need details amending or the order cancelling please contact us asap with your order number and the details on exactly what needs changing to email@example.com and our team will get onto that for you at the earliest conveinience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking number and also a link to the courier website that your item was sent with. Here you'll be able to track your delivery whilst it is in transit and out for delivery.
All order are sent from our head warehouse in Sydney Australia. International orders & Within Australia orders are delivered and shipped fast.
Orders that are dispatched with standard delivery can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour without the customers consent. If you have paid for a delivery service at checkout, this parcel cannot be left in a safe place without the customers consent and you would therefore need to contact the courier directly to request this and the item must be signed for.

For international returns outside of Australia, we do not provide free return labels and cannot be held responsible for any return postage costs. Simply Send us back the item you wish to return and upon receiving the item we will process your return and send you back the item of choice. On the odd occasion that you do receive a faulty or damaged item from our warehouse, we will cover all costs. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this issue for you.
Returned items must be received within 14-days of receipt for AUS orders and within 30 days of receipt for international orders. If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund. Your item must be unworn, original packaging, plastic and tags. We can legally refuse to refund your items if the hygiene stickers/ tags and logos have been removed or tampered with.
We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of delivery, at which time we will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note we do not contact you when an item arrives back to us, but only once your refund / exchange has been issued 10-14 working days later.
Items bought with a discount code will be issued a store credit for exchange, we do not allow a further discount code to repurchase. Full priced items are only eligible for refunds. We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. All refunds are given of the full price value of the item. Customer is responsible to send back the item to the address provided with the invoice enclosed.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the item or items back at our warehouse. Weekends are not included in working days and only begin this countdown when the items are in our warehouse, not when they are posted back so please bear this in mind especially if you are returning internationally.
We don't contact our customers as soon as we have received your return, only when we have processed a refund or exchange so theres no need to panic if you haven't heard from us yet. If you still have a question or query, please contact our customer service team on email@example.com
We always want our items to fit our customers perfectly. We provide a size guide and sizing information next to every single item on our website.
Due to Demand, our items do sell out fast. For this, we do apologise and we know it can be frustrating! We re-stock every month and will continue to drop new releases in between re-stocks. If you are chasing a particular item and would like to find out more accurate information and updates on a particular product - don't hesitate to reach our to our customer service team and we can give you a more detailed update to ensure you are able to purchase this product once it arrives back in stock!
Your gift card will be activated the moment it is purchased. As soon as you checkout you will be emailed the gift card with instructions to redeem. When checking out an item instead of using your payment details, simply enter the gift card number in section four insrtead! Gift cards last 12 months from purchase date.
Not a problem, please have the buyer of the gift card contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the gift card order number and we will do our best to track down your gift card number.

Once your first order is fully paid after 6 weeks, you'll be on AfterPay Pro and for future orders your first payment is charged 2 weeks after purchase and your final payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase.
